MINISO entrusted SQMM its representation to look for the first MINISO location in Spain, as well as to negotiate the leasing contract terms. Finally, MINISO opened its first store in Spain on Dec 20th, 2018 at La Gavia Shopping Center, Madrid. We are pleased with the impressive pace of expansion MINISO has experienced since then!

Our congratulations to our customer SAGAX for expanding its portfolio in Spain, with the purchase of IKEA's unit in Palma de Mallorca.
As reported by Eje Prime SAGAX continues to strengthen its portfolio in Spain. The Swedish real estate company specialized in acquisitions of light industrial assets has bought Ikea's facilities in Palma de Mallorca for € 50 million, under a long-term lease with the multinational furniture and home accessories company. The rental operation presents profitability of more than 6%. Ikea will pay a rent of 3.15 million euros per year and will have a 25-year rental contract, with the right to terminate it in 2036 and 2041. The property, located between the city and the airport, has an area of 23,600 sqm, plus 425 parking spaces. The leasable area amounts to 15,400 sqm, of which 65% corresponds to commercial and exhibition premises and the remaining 35% to warehouses and offices.

ANUBIS, the leading chain in the cocktail bar sector, will soon open at Heron City leisure center in Las Rozas.
The new ANUBIS facility will have more than 400 sqm. SQMM looked for the unit and negotiated the terms of the lease contract.
With this opening, the leading cocktail bar chain, with a colonial-chill out atmosphere, consolidates its presence in the main Shopping Centers and areas of Madrid: Parquesur, Madrid Xanadú, H2Ocio, Sambil Outlet, X-Madrid, Calle Trafalgar, Plaza Mayor, as well as in Puerto Venecia shopping center, Zaragoza.

SQMM will begin to provide the Service of Technical Consultory and Management Support Service to the Swedish group AB SAGAX, for the more than 30 assets it has in Madrid metropolitan area.
SAGAX is a strategic client for SQMM within the industrial and logistics sector since the largest part of its portfolio is made up of this type of asset.
Specifically, as of September 30th, 2020, Sagax's global portfolio consisted of 698 properties with a GLA of 3,565,000 m².
AB Sagax (publ) is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap. and it has assets in Sweden, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany and Denmark.
